Thanks, Evan. I certainly understand why someone wouldn't be into the judging - it certainly has its faults, but I've been involved with it in various ways for a long time - speaker, photographer, etc.

Ronald, I love your orchidarium! I'm curious if you have any open screen area at the top for ventilation or if it is a closed system?

Hi Kaity,
The growing area is separated from the lights by a sheet of plexiglass and the top, above the lights, is open, not for ventilation but to allow the heat of the lights to escape.
