What amazing colors! You have a very nice collection of them.
I see that all the spikes are staked. Are the blooms too heavy to stay upright on their own?

I also noticed the stakes, but they were inspiration for the fact my veitchianna spikes all sag downwards so much and I think I may try something similar.
My veitchianna grows such long spikes that they tend to sag.

Wow, just amazing!!!
I usually end-up having to steak some of my masdie hybrid blooms because they are too heavy. Probably why they don't occur in nature. A flower that breaks off as it get mature is no good to anyone.
P.S. my faves are Copper Angel 'Highland' and Rein Sun 'Pyrgos'

This is just all fascinating to me. Fantastic blooms...I do not have this kind of orchid...but maybe from a thorough research on growing this plant; I might have the courage to own one someday.
