This is my veitchii in flower. Normally it flowers with many flowers in the winter: but I have a fluke summer spike

I love the vivid colours of masdevallias. The one plant I had was never really strong and I lost it a week ago. Must buy more. Superb flower and colour.

I bought one in the spring called Adean Prince. It hasn't flowered yet, but is very healthy and I suspect it must be related to yours, so hopefully it will flower during winter. I bought it cheap and saw a photo of what it should look like, which is like yours.

Gorgeous. I love this one.

My veitchianna has a fluke summer spike just opened as well. I wonder if something in the UK conditions this year has prompted it.

Ohh the Color!!!!! im venturing into this group of orchids! i just love the bright colors they all have and that they are small.
