Masdie seller in Canada?
I was wondering if anyone knows of a good quality Masdie vendor in Canada that has high quality plants for a decent price that you have ordered from before and trust enough to recommend. Any help pointing me in the right direction would be awesome!

I am not a member of our orchid society but sometimes go on their website and noticed on the Plant Sales page here:
Plant sales
There is a member selling plants that specializes in masdies and draculas.
I don't know if this info is of any value for you, just thought I would mention it.

I picked mine up at an orchid show, but one possibilty is if you look up your nearest orchid club and ask them if they have a grower. I did that for my vandas.

Thanks you two. I found a person from the Ottowa Orchid Society that I e-mailed, so now to wait!

Hey Cody just noticed this today. I usually buy my orchids at the orchid shows and pre-order from Ecuagenera (which attend most larger shows). They have many neat species and at a fraction of the price you would pay here in Canada.

If you order from Kalapana, won't you have to pay for a certificate? That can be pretty expensive. Cloud's orchids are good. I used to buy from them when we lived in Ontario.

Marsh Hollow Orchids has and sells the best Masdes and other plants I've ever seen. Our club went to the nursery in June and I bought several Lycastes and a few other plants. Mario (the owner) has won awards at pretty much any orchid show that I've attended. Check out his website, beautiful plants. Good luck.

I think that they should be of the finest quality, for what he charges. I have paid $10 to $15 at shows, for nice ones. $35 to $50 seems expensive for masde, but I suppose it depends on how hard it is to find the one you want.

Yes, very good quality healthy plants, maybe it's location as well, because I've never seen masde's for 10 or 15$ in Ontario. (Not sure where you live Vanda Lover) Clouds may also have masdies, however very limited selection that I've seen anyways and they'd be similar in price to Mario.
