Wasnt the plant I ordered, but they sent this one and a freebie too . Thats how you do business. Very happy with both of them. The plant and the vendor.

Gee, I'd be happy too! The mix of colours are fab! I'll definately keep an eye out for this one I'm assuming that the purple hints on the picture are light effects due to the slight fuzzyness on the flower itself....?

this one went into a jar world . Re-potted right away in sphagnum pre soaked with my weekly weakly mix of Peters Cal/Mag and Superthrive. Im even particular as to what kind of moss I use, 'Angel Moss' which is sphagnum from New Zealand, and also a brand name. Its just as good as the 15 dollar cube bag of ZooMed NZ moss and @ only 30 bucks a giant Bale. . I soak the moss when or if it gets a little dry. The water in the jars just gets transferred back and forth from day to night from hot to cold. Its a microsystem > I do water the plants by misting them. They live under 4 ft T8 lamps (6) at 5000k 16 hours a day @ 72 degrees, night time is around 65.
And yes it does have some fractal properties with the light bec of the colored hair that stands up on the flower. I forgot what that was called

heres a good shot of the jars with the hydroton or lava rock moss concoction.

thanks you

the plant was nice and the extra plant was nice too. I think thats the result of ordering from a vendor more than a few times. After a few visits they know what you like. If you just happen to order something maybe that should have been updated or deleted, they have back up for you...sorry about the ugly stake I didn't have anything else suitable and the bloom wouldn't cooperate. It was photoshy
