Amazing little blooms! It looks so... alive! Like it's going to pick itself off of the spike and fly away.

Beautiful. Are these popular in Ecuador? How do you grow them?

Wow! The flowers are more vibrantly yellow than those of Scaphosepalum verrucosum (it's not Scaph verrucosum, btw)!

Hi.
I think the flower is going to fly too... it´s amazing!!!
I think scaphos are so little and tiny that most of the people doesn´t take care of them.... In ECUADOR are a lot of them...
In natur they grow with high humidity at 2000msnm but this grow and flower in my house 2800msnm and I grow it in sphagnum it wil adapt... maybe in natur this plant has lot of flowers...
