Lths telipogoniflora
My Lepanthes telipogoniflora finally established itself enough to bloom!
For some reason, I think I smell a fragrance on this little guy...
Not sure though...

Thanks Duane and Rosie!
I really think this species is fragrant. I smelled mine again today, and it smells faintly sweet. It's not the same smell as the moss on the mount.

Thanks "White Rabbit"!
I tried pollinating this guy, and it was a major pain in the butt! I couldn't get the pollinia off the column, and I couldn't see where the stigmatic opening was. It's obscured by that funky looking lip that covers it up like a lid. The pollinia were surprisingly large for a miniature!
Needless to say, I don't think I'll be having seeds of these anytime soon.

Yeah, I kept smelling a very faint sweet smell coming from the flower. It's not the same pungent smell of mold and wet moss from the moss on the mount.
Can someone who has had these for longer than I have and have consistently bloomed them out please verify this?

I love the scarlet color of the flower, and the fact that it does look like a Telipogon (sans the bristly lip).
What conditions do you have this plant in? I've heard that Lepanthes species grow well with Zygopetaliinae, and I just wanted to verify this claim. I think I may try some in the future.
