It took about 1 yr to establish itself to the point where no more leaves dropped and no more new shoots were "damping off". It's not like they were dropping leaves like crazy or anything, but there was some dropping of a few leaves and some rotting of new shoots for some "unexplainable" reason.

This plant is now growing very fairly fast and now has 3 spikes.

I want to see how large this sucker can get before I tell myself, it's time to divide them.

Or maybe the plant will decide that for me. Who knows?.

It's bloomed a couple of times alerady, and is about to put out another flower.
So far, no keikis. I haven't seen any sign of this plant wanting to throw out keikis yet.
