Personally looking at the pictures I would still go with brachypus. While it has the same 'wave' in the flower as the picture of trichoglossa in Rob's link I'm not convinced that is a feature of the species, more a feature of individula flowers (other trichoglossa pictures don't have it).
The shape and colouring in the tip of the lip are more like the brachypus to my eye.
Identification of Restrepia's is difficult at all times even with the flowers at your hand. Size colours and stripes al are not conclusive for identification. Even the key by Luer is a challenge to use as it defines a lot by sizes which vary in nature and culture.
