A small species from Colombia related to Masdevallia and once classified as Masdevallia:

Thanks for looking and commenting, White Rabbit. The blooms are about an inch tall on a plant that is about 1.5 inches.

Oooh, really like that one

My first thought was that it looked more like a Restrepia than a Masdevallia, however I see that the detail at the center is different in shape. Really nice colour as well.
