Masdevallia (Alaticaulia) phoebe

I'm easing into the new genus names for the polyphyletic mess that was Masdevallia. It's interesting - the first few that I looked up the new genus name for were a little tricky, but after looking up several, the new groupings started to really make sense.
The Alaticaulias are generally warmth-tolerant and sequential bloomers, making them some of the best "Masdevallias" for beginners and home growers.
