Cute, cute, cute!
This one seems to be an easy grower - great leaves even when it isn't in bloom.

I grow it mounted on treefern (actually a tiny treefern pot that I made by drilling a hole in a chunk of treefern). I water it daily. It's in a terrarium with other pleurothallids. It grows intermediate. Good humidity is important, good water is important. Light about like a paph. (low).
Orquideas del Valle (Untitled Document) sells little glass bubbles that are great for growing a single lepanthes. You just put them in with a little sphagnum and let them do their thing.
