Brown-black depressed spots on Masd. leaves

Hey all,

So my new masd. Sunset Jaguar came to me 4 days ago looking perfect, but since then, two leaves have developed these brown/black spots on the leaves that are slightly depresessed and bruised looking. And they look worse every day!

I literally took the plant out of the box, didn't unpot it, and tucked it in a temporary brand new plastic orchid pot in some sphag.

I can post a picture if it would help, but I have no idea what this is, whether I should remove the leaves, ignore them, or what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
