Default Restrepia help

My R. trichoglossa has recently put out a lot of flowers, but many of them are not making it to full bloom (some are). Some are just drying up before they really grow, and others, the flower grows, but the stem kinda grows too thin and the whole thing flops over into the pot.

Anybody know what's going wrong here?

Increase your humidity, they won't last without enough humidity.

60% to 70% humidity is good enough.
