What Masdevallia is this?

I bought this Masdevallia like ayabacana, but obviously is not the colour. Anyone can tell me what is the name?

Its the wrong shape I think for that group of orchids. It reminds me a lot of M. norops, nut since it was labeled M. ayabacana then I would have to attempt to compare it first to others of that group. The colours do approach M. princeps or M. regina, most likely M. regina. but the sepals should all be attached to each other. However, it looks like it has some calous petals and a semicircular indentation on the lateral synsepal (however it is a bit elongated for this group). So, I would say, if it is not a deformed regina then it is probably a hybrid with M. regina or even maybe M. princeps, with something else. Who knows, it could possibly even be a hybrid with M. norops.

I thought also in M. regina; maybe, like you say, it is a deformed one or an hybrid. I wait for the next flower...
