A friend have recommended this orchid for a terrarium and I would like to know, what will be the best subtrat in a terrarium.

I have always 80% humidity (misting system), a ventilation, and 12 hour ligth.

I try to keep mine in sphagnum and dry fern root. I keep mine in a planter rock so its not in the substrate with the other plants. You wanna keep it moist but not too wet. And you wanna keep it in the shade.

I have also bought this plant for my terrarium but am trying to figure out where best to put it. I understand that it should be kept moist, so maybe I will consider also a planter since my mounts actually get dry very fast even with >90% humidity. Do you have a pic of this in your terrarium Tin? Have you been able to bloom this successfully? Do they need a winter rest or cool temps?
