Happens quite a bit of times in nature. Convergent evolution.

Bolero - Hills District Orchids in Northmead, New South Wales offers Pleurothallids, so maybe they might have a fewLepanthes Hills District Orchids
I don't know about your import regulations - but there is a company in New Zealand which carries lots of species including Lepanthes: L & R Orchids in Tuakau NZ

Thanks! I have checked with Hills district before and they didn't have any but I will check again. Importation laws are amongst the strictest but we can bring back flasks, I will check in NZ. I have friends going there soon so I could always get them to bring something back for me.......;-)

I love these. There are many species like this that have the running habit and tiny leaves. They have been moved to the Brachycladum genus by some. I just ordered a number of them and can't wait for them to arrive. Well done!

Yes, with this species you need some extra vertical space below the pot....
