Masdevallia lilacina
I picked this one up at Parkside about a year ago. It is growing in I/C temperatures in a clay pot with my mix of tree fern/perlite/sphagnum moss under lights.

I agree.
Right now my head is full of orchids. I just got back from our GVOS show and all I have in my head right now is orchids, orchids orchids. I did buy a few plants, some of them Masda. I will list them tomorrow.

They look like they're flying, really elegant flowers. It's a new one to me.

Very nice, very elegant ( I agree) How do you keep up the humidity?

My I/C growing area is a bench that is located in my basement; which is unfinished and is not directly heated. The humidity as is stays around 50%+ in the winter time so to keep it higher I wrap the bench in plastic which raises it to a minimum of 70%; but does go higher at times.
