Easy as pie. It kinda grows itself, very little care. My Restrepias get sprayed/watered once a day, and fertilized weakly every second week. Intermediate temps. At first they weren't blooming really well, but then I read that they like a bit more light, so I moved them up closer to the tubes (six inches from a bank of T5 lights) so that the leaves have a faint reddish hue. That did the trick, and they all started blooming like crazy right after that.
Blossoms don't last a long time, maybe a week or less, but the plants are constantly producing them, so there always seem to be a few. Keep a close eye for them, because they frequently open underneath the leaves so it's easy to miss them. Restrepias are also really easy to propagate from the tons of keikis that pop up at the stem/leaf junction. If you can't tell yet, I
really like this genus: lot of reward for little effort and space.
