I bought my fan from Princess Auto for about $4 CAN; they carry all kinds of industrial products, but they've also got a surplus section which is where the fans are. I don't know if this store exists in the US, but you can probably find something similar.
If by "already wired" you mean ready to plug into a wall socket, I don't know where you'd find that. Because they're meant to use in a computer, they come wired for that. Luckily wiring for our uses is really simple and all you have to do is twist two sets of wires together (at worst, you attach the wrong two wires and the fan spins backwards). You attach the fan's wires to those of an AC to DC wall adapter, with the voltage that you want for the fan. I've got an adapter that'll put out anything from 1.5 to 12 volts, which comes in really handy to adjust the speed. If you haven't got one of these, you can buy them from Radio Shack, but they're not cheap (fixed voltage adapters cost a lot less). Personally, I'd just see if I could scrounge a 10V adapter from something around the house. (I find running a 12V fan on 12V too noisy; 10V provides plenty of air movement and it's much quieter.)
Glad my suggestion piqued your interest, hopefuly it'll work out for you. Best of luck!
