A photo like that will have been stored on another website and then a link created. I don't know what site cyann uses, some people use Flicker, I use Picasa.

You then have to get a URL for the picture, many of the sites which host them for you will tell you what that is for each of your pics, you then use the little mountains icon when you post and enter the URL.
