Very nice, how do you distinguish between this one and M. attenuata?

Sorry, Tindo, I am not an expert in this genus, but it seems to me that attenuata has the floral stem shorter than the leaves, the sepals have a few purple stripes and the plant is a spring bloomer while this is a late fall/winter bloomer.

Thanks, I think the stripes would be the most obvious defining character.
