The leaves have a blade which is about 4" and the flower is about 1/4". There is only one flower on this inflorescence and this is the only one I have seen so far. It very well could be incorrectly labeled.
The flower looks like many pictures I have seen of this species which I assume used to be known as Pleurothallis rowleei.
