'Cause mine didn't quite like the temperatures dropping to 36 F or 45 F.

They liked it better when it went down to between 50 F to 60 F.

Under the latter conditions, the Restrepia completely stopped throwing out kheikis.

The only other reason for making kheikis would be severe root damage.

I have seen the lows drop as low as 46 in the winter but averages between 50-55 typically. In the summer time it is more 60-65 (sometimes higher depending). That is why I said I/C temps as it varies between the seasons.
