Restrepia xanthophthalma in flower
Quite an unusual little flower! Bought this one at the Tampa sale and it has bloomed on and off since then. One of the flowers actually produced a seed pod!

Very cool, and great photos as well! Totally unrelated question: can I ask you you get large photos attached to your posts like that? Mine always seem to be limited to 100 KB. By the time I reduce the photo to that size, they're not much bigger than the thumbnails when you click on them.  |

I'll have to check and see what the size of the photo is that I download. I am currently just reducing my photos to 50% on my program and that seems to upload just fine...
