My first orchid in bloom
Hi guys,
I am not much of an orchid grower. I just love the tiny miniatures and just this genus on the whole as many can grow as companions with my carnivorous plants such as nepenthes. I have a dracula, a paphiopedilum, and after over 2 yrs of wanting to get one, a lepanthes.
FInally its been like 2 -3 months after getting my baby L.telipogoniflora and here is its masterpiece.
I just have the concern that it might be weakening my this flowering. I have better gro NO UREA orchid fertilizer. Can i use it for this plant? How can I use it? Any help would be really great.
thanks guys,
Hope you like my baby plant.
cheers,
V

I love this little cutsie! I've been thinking of looking for one, but without a terrarium I might have trouble with it. Great pic of it! Do you know how long the blooms are supposed to last?

Really nice flower, I'm always amazed by the size of the blooms relative to the foliage on this plant...

Sorry this is a bit off topic, but on the subject of Ecuagenera, how was it ordering from them from Canada, vraev? I've read plenty of good stuff about them, but nothing from anyone in Canada, so when I saw you're in Canada, like me, I just had to ask. I've never ordered from them, and I want to hear what someone in the same country has to say before I do.

I like to call this one, the satellite dish orchid. Very nice!
If I was going to fert this one, I would use MSU, simply because I am rather ignorant on the subject of ferts. I know MSU work for my other orchids and on this one I would simply reduce the concentration.
