Nick, sorry to hear that your Masdies are struggling. You've gotten really good advice so far, but I would like to emphasize something that Ross said: fit them into the smallest pot possible - do not match the leaf size, find a pot, however small, that will only just hold their roots and not a lot of media. This may mean watering them every day or two, but it is worth it to see the new growth and blooms.
It sounds like they should like where they are: bright enough but not high light, as much humidity as you can give them in conjunction with air circulation. It may just be a case of refining your potting and watering schedules.
A word of caution, though. In my experience, Masdies do not respond well to too much change all at once. If you are going to make changes, do them slowly and sequentially. Changing too many things (even for the better!) all at one time is enough to shock a stuggling plant right into its grave.
