It's so cute!! You need a magnifying glass to look at the blooms!

Hi Gloria

I don't think it will get very big but Shannan may know more about it (she's had hers for a while):

Lepanthopsis astrophora 'Stalky'

The tiny little blooms on this are like perfect little stars...if you have a chance to get one... :Tup

Gloria, They do stay very small. Mine has little keikis growing out of the tops of the main leaves (effectively doubling its height) and it is still only about 3 inches tall.

The flowers are a really vibrant, amazing colour -and Sue desscribed them best: 'perfect little stars' - that's exactly what they are.

There is room in everyone's collection for one of these!

Yippieeeeee Thank you both ladies
I'm out of room and I need smaller growers. I love this one - gotta get me one. Sounds like a fun plant to grow to.
1 Question - how important is humidity?

Suzanne,

It may not be the smallest orchid I've seen...but it is sooooo teeny!

Congrats to you and Laura on this little beauty! I am also looking at growing more minis...so I may end up with one too. Thanks for the post!
