Masdevallia bicolor
I don't take credit for the blooms, it was in bud when I got it at a show last weekend. The vendor's specimen plant was gorgeous with dozens of blooms, but the 2 lone blooms on mine just don't give it that 'wow' factor'. I like it anyways!!

Very cool, Camille! This is definitely one of the more insect-like! Or frog or alien... LOVE IT.

Awww! It's so cute! It does kind of have that My Favorite Martian look to it. Can't wait til it grows up and throws out lots of flowers. That will be a sight to see!

Thanks for the nice comments everyone. I think of it as my halloween orchid since it looks like some sort of monster waiting to take a finger off! This plant is going to get huge very quickly, there are so many new growths! I'll have to count it, but I think there's around 10.
betoguerrero, I googled the masdevallia andraeta, but get zero hits! Is the spelling correct? I'd like to see this one.
