I got this cute little thing already in spike at the last orchid show I went to. It has the coolest flowers I have seen!

I'm growing it with my Masdies, but I think it like warmer temps than they do. But it really seems to like the high humidity, as the roots from the keiki it has have these awesome orange root tips!

The information at IOSPE PHOTOS says warm growing, but I can't believe that based on the elevations it is found at (4,260 feet (1,300 m) to 5,580 feet (1,700 m)) - I'd say more of an intermediate grower.
