light requirements

Here I am againg asking for your help.I am developing my project for cool orchidarium. I figured out how I will manage the low temperatures - I am planning to use a peltier element.

Now I need to organise the light supply .I was thinking at first to use natural light and to add artificila light when needed... but I gave up this idea. I think it will be difficult to measure exctly the level of the natural light and to decide how much artificial light must be added ...not to mention that the natural light will vary during the different seasons...

So obviously I will grom under lights.
I need the light requirements for:
-masdevallias
-draculas
-odontoglossums and lemboglossums
All practical advises and hints will be highly appreciated

Anyone......?
I was thinking something like 2000fc for the lemboglossum going down to 800-900fc for the draculas. Masdevallias about 1500fc....? What do you think?
