Brown tip

I have the same masdevallia as the one that is pictured in the genus care sheet on this website.. (orange with 3 long thin petals)

Anyways...I just noticed like litlerally overnight one of the leaves turned brown but only the very tip of it...

i'm just curious what are the causes of browning leaf tips

i know that too much fertilizer is one
as well as sun burn...

are there any other reasons for it... could it just be that the leaf is old?? the rest of the leaf is intact but just like a a lil less than a centemeter of browning at the tip..

Btw i recently moved to a new house so could that be just it reacting to a new place?

Masdevallias are sensitive to changes in their enviorment so it may be a reaction to stress. I notice that a few of mine seem to be extremely sensitive to the changes of humidity and can wilt or even die in just a few days when disturbed. ? I should try easier species but I cant resist their little triangle flowers.

yeah im really shocked cause this masdie has been doing great for me and then all of a sudden i moved and one leaf gets a brown tip? weird... they previously were inside my cold house which the weather outside is usually foggy or cold.. .to my new house which is in a warmer city..
