Swelling at base of Stelis restrepioides flower

Hello everyone, all the flowers on my Stelis restrepioides fell off approx 3 weeks after they opened, but this last one. Even though it's been almost 6 weeks and the flower has since long since dried up, the base of the flower has become swollen, which never happened with any of the other blooms. I read that orchids produce seeds. Is this a seed pod that developed because the flower was pollinated?

It got pollinated (probably with itself). That's a developing seed capsule.
