Pleurothallis spikes?

This plant had no ID tag but I was told it was a pleurothallis by someone who was also picking up plants at the same time. Never grown one before. I’m hopeful these are flower spikes and not keikis which I believe also emerge from the same location? I removed these 2 keikis at the same growth point from the parent plant.

Flower spikes! When it bloom, it might be possible to get an ID, or at least close to one. These do like to stay damp - don't let it dry out ever.

Thanks Roberta! I got hold of the book you recommended and have been trying to follow the culture habits of the grower whose microclimate seems closest to mine, although I had repotted most plants in bark already and he uses inorganic medium. If flowers open I will post pics of them in the ID section. People here are so very helpful! Thanks!
