Two lovely plants. I am especially fond of Macroclinium. Those spikes can rebloom - so don't cut them until they are very crisp and brown all the way down. When they are truly done, they are brittle and tend to fall off by themselves.
As far as watering frequency is concerned... observation is vital.. When the moss is just damp then it is time to water. You will soon get a good feel for the frequency under your conditions. (They don't want to be drippy-wet all the time, but also don't want to get dry) I would also reduce the fertilizer - these little guys don't want much. 1/4 strength every week or two is probably plenty.
