Pleurothallis truncata info?

Can I pot this plant? I currently have it mounted but would prefer to pot it if possible.

If you think it's possible to pot it, please advise me on the type of pot and medium to use to maximize my success. I love this plant and would like to move it out of my terrarium and into my orchid bench where pots are more practical.

Grow cool to intermediate (45 degrees F to 85 degrees F). Likes moisture. 60% humidity or higher. Lighting is shade to bright shade.

Sphagnum moss in plastic pots the size the root mass can fit snugly into is good enough.
