Your secret is safe with me....and the rest of ob. That's a great setup! Living in Florida and loving to have my house open probably means until I can set up somewhere with a more controlled environment I should just admire the photos and live vicariously through you Masde growers. They are so unique. Even the foliage is so pretty. Do you have them in sphag? Love the fogger setup. Alright I'm taking notes and adding to my list of goals. Thanks for entrusting us with your secret!

Nice set-up and even nicer plant. It's good looking even out of bloom. Masdies are sadly a type of orchid I'm better off admiring online as I'm really, really good at killing them.

This has been named.

now known as...

Masdevallia Herranic

and still growing...

I have a name for the plant already. Heranic "The Titanic". My hopes are it doesnt sink my fervor for growing them.

with one flower opening and many more behind that one I can smell these already becoming earthy cinnamon scented

thanks for looking !!!

these flowers are from each new growth. the only limit to the flowers are the new growths. Only 50 to 60 this time. Look back at the date and see how much this has grown. Its a beast!!

What a stunner! Beautiful, even when not in bloom.
