Flowers look beautiful, and it appears to be a strong, healthy plant. I can't find the name in Orchidwiz or Orchidroots So it's not registered, and therefore not possible to look up its ancestry. But I suspect standard Masdevallia culture - cool, shady and damp, pure water.

You must look for Masdevallia Bellavallia 'Selphy Orion'.

It seems Bellavallia is a Masdevallia brand produced by hassinger-orchideen.
Here's their site.

Some more info from Roellke Orchideen

Good sleuthing... However, Bellavaliia doesn't seem to be registered either. No doubt, a proprietary hybrid. Some nurseries prefer to use trade names, and not register their hybrids. Registration requires that the parentage of the hybrid be disclosed, and some may prefer to keep that information secret.

It's a beautiful Masdie! I used to have one, but didn't have it long enough to be able to give you cultural tips unfortunately. I think the summer was too warm for it (even in the Netherlands!), and it slowly lost all its leaves and died.
