if i can get two to flower LOL

this one is from the recent Ecuagenera order and it is really enjoying its new home

the flowers are too funny, they remind me of a person shrugging their shoulders and raising their palms like "wha???? i dont know???"

haha

Huge plant. I almost got a Restrep from them but I'm nervous about temperatures. It will be interesting to see how yours do.

Yes a beast.

I have a new appreciation for the resilience of these guys. I imagine your sun room feels a lot like south Florida.

That's a gorgeous plant! I love the little bugs. They can just keep popping out the flowers.

That is a huge plant for a new acquisition. Congrats. The flowers are awesome, and I totally see the shrugged shoulders. Nice.

Love restrepia and this shrugging flower plant in particular. Smart to pot it in leca, I might have to convert one of my mounted restrepia that are struggling. thanks for sharing

Note that there is a saucer there as well. My new “rule” is allow that to fill and evaporate then fill again. If it is not raining. If it is, I don’t touch her

Thanks for demonstrating what mine could look like, if only it would flower...

I also have a dodsonii from Ecuagenera. Resilient and robust plant, but only a single blasted bud in a year.
