I love masdies, but I am a windowsill grower in a place where it gets to dry in winter. I used to grow them in a set-up I had with plastic, fans and a humidifier, but I had problems with mold. What are your growing conditions like? That one is a beauty.

It needs a cool and humid climate and is grown here in a cold greenhouse, under subdued light.
Please note: any temperature above 26.5 ° C can cause this plant to suffer, which ideally enjoys temperatures of 18 ° C, even in summer.

Definitely not my growing conditions. I sure wish I had a greenhouse.

I’m really like these funky shaped Masdevallias! And the color of this one is gorgeous
