Cell phone pics

I used tapatalk to upload pics from my cell. With that fix going nowhere I experimented and discovered that pics CAN be uploaded in OB. Go to manage attachments and a camera option should be available. Take your pic and upload. I can't get the rotation/aspect correct, but it's a win. Unfortunately only 1 pic at a time per posting. I tried 2 and got a message that security token was missing.

Good to know. I have never tried to post photos from the phone. Instead, I have always used the laborious process of downloading the photos from phone or camera, loading it into an editing program, shrinking the pixel number to an acceptable size, and then posting. As I have gotten busy, the opportunity cost of spending the time doing this just became too great so I currently avoid posting photos as much as possible. :|

I find it much easier to upload my photos on Imgur and then direct link here (they have the format all ready, you just copy and past). No need to worry about pixels that way.

I take photos with my phone and they are immediately loaded onto my iPad. I then look at the photos on my iPad to see if they are a good photo and delete the not so good ones.

I always adjust the size, easily on my iPad and by doing so, even just a tiny bit, the photos load to the board right side up! My photos used to load sideways until I figured this out. I load them from my iPad, not my phone.

There is a helpful app called Imageshrink. I load them there and then to the OB.
