I think the Africa trip made me realize that I really want to take good pictures of my orchids and other plants/animals when the opportunity is there. After I get my new camera for Christmas, I think I'm going to try to find some classes.

Little jealous, Africa is still on my bucket list, traveled a lot but did not make it there yet. However, I am glad I did not, because now I truly have equipment and knowledge so I can really take some awesome pictures. For any trips like these, I for sure rent that tele lens I mentioned here, that is "a must" for any wildlife picture taking, and I would not leave without it. Love the pics, my absolutely favorite - elephant asses, cheetah pics (many of them), and lion cub! But there is so many nice ones. Regarding classes, I am all self thought, lot of magazines, books, online videos, and practice:-) Hope Santa will bring what's on your list:-)
