Some pictures with new lens

Still learning to use new lens for far away objects. Some pictures from park last evening. I think the focus is getting better when it is on manual. The geese family was particularly hard to capture, because they are constantly moving:

Camille, they were about 20 meters away (more or less I think). Geese are very offensive when they have babies and wouldn't let you come too close. They start to hiss and stretch their necks just like snakes.

LOL, I know what you mean about the geese! When mine were trying to nest (on unfertilized eggs, no gander) they went from cuddly pets to savage beasts. Their 'teeth' are like steak knifes if they try to take a bite, I got my hands torn up bad collecting the eggs (nothing beats goose- and duck- eggs for baking cakes!)
We used to have a gander that would sneak up on my grandmother when she went to hang the wash. He'd pinch your skin and twist. ouch!!
