Anyone can get a macro lens camera and take closeups of anything. Digital cameras make it so easy. But it takes real artistry to determine a composition and use lighting to embellish it, rather than detract. It's amazing to see what some people are doing out there...

I've seen a number of nature photo galleries on line, some with orchids, but I found one in particular to be quite noteworthy. The photographer is Kevin Council. Click on his name and have a look.
