I Have to study the manual and start using my camera. It looks like I have a difficult task.

Congratulations. I love my 7D - have had it since the beginning of the year and have taken over 10,000 pictures already. It isn't as difficult as it appears at first, and is, in fact, easier to use than some of the older Canons. The Quick Menu is wonderful and it has other great features as well.

Congratulations on your hefty, to say the least, purchase.
I am sure that you will unlock the potential of that camera, especially with that impressive ensemble you got there.

I got mine at the beginning of the year and have been getting full mileage out of it. Now I can finally put my focus on lenses.

Nice. What does that camera look like, not that I can afford it, but I consider it eye candy. Well I'll look it up myself.
I bought my humble Nikon D40 from the same store and just going there is an experience with all the mechanization they have, and Im not talking about the products they are selling.
