I'd say, the best one you can afford and the best glass you can you can afford. Any brand that accepts interchangeable lenses is a good candidate. We all have our favorites and I wish it were that simple, but it's not. There are Canon people, there are Nikon people, there are Olympus people, etc. But what can you afford? Get the best glass (lenses) you can justify and then go for the body to accept them. All three of the ones I mentioned are good candidates as are others. Interchangeable lenses will help you in the future as you get more income to spend on the hobby. The price limit is yours to set (not ours). There are great camera bodies and outfits in all the ranges you suggest. The more you spend, the more features and quality (to a point) you get. Not all cost is devoted to quality alone (unfortunately). A lot of the additional funds are devoted to features you may or may not need. Be a smart shopper and determine what you really want, what you can afford and what seems like the best combo for you. That's all I can advise. Homework pays off!
