I remember that. Sort of. In colombia they did it all year round and were "sold" in the streets. It was more of a lottery kinda thing. YOu picked a color after giving the lady a few cents, and if your color came out in some bingo sort of contraption, you got the chick of that color. So she made her money by having kids gamble, hehe. Ofcourse someone would almost always win.
