Default RIP Mr Jackson

The vet just left. Today Jack went home to a place with no pain and suffering. His kidneys were bad and in the last couple months he was in a steep decline. I was going to take him to the vet next week but, a couple friends pointed out his suffering was worse than we might have imagined.

So, our vet makes house calls. I gave Jack the box from my favorite orange Nikes and put in his favorite mouse. The Chief is burying him in an undisturbed spot. Nathan got to say a good long goodbye and Dolly didn't care. Our family is smaller now, but heaven is Fuller.

I'm so sorry for your loss, Carol.
I know what's losing a pet. They are a part of the family.

Carol, I’m very sorry to see this. Mr. Jackson looks like a sweet kitty, aren’t they all. A vet that will come to your home, especially at a time like this is a vet to appreciate. I’ve had this same experience, it’s never easy. Our Stimpy looked just like your Dolly.

So sorry for your loss.

We lost 2 dogs recently, about a month apart, so I understand your pain. Our animals are family members, it is alway tough to lose them.

Sending peaceful thoughts to you and Mr. Jackson. The passage over the Rainbow Bridge is hard on the ones left behind.

It's tough to make that decision, but it's such a wonderful thing that he got to spend the last of his life at home, in peace, and surrounded with love.
