I am loving all the pics of everybody's dogs and cats! One of these days, I'll get around to learning how to post pics online. I have two dogs, both Dobermans, who currently share my life and give me the motivation to keep going when times get tough. Other dogs who have passed on still hold a huge place in my heart.

Dogs are my greatest love, but I like cats very much! Don't currently own one, but I wish I could. I've also owned and loved horses most of my life, but decided not to get any more when I lost my 27-year-old a couple years ago.

That's one thing I love about this board -- all the good-hearted people here who love not only orchids but animals, too. People after my own heart.

Thank you so much. I'm definitely technology-challenged, but I'll study up! It would be fun to share pics of my dogs AND my orchids.

Oh, she is gorgeous! Even though she's in your avatar pic, I didn't realize until now that your screen name referred to your cat.

Ready for her close-up and how gorgeous she is! Thought she was snow-shoeing at first glance. Lovely.

Ok Dollythehum, I'll share a picture of our last kitty. His name was Stimpy, he was my sons kitty and they grew up together. Those boys thought that cat hung the moon!

Dolly really reminds me of him. He had white feet with black toes and a big bullseye on his chest. The best kitty we ever had and he was a favorite member of our family for many years. Just can't seem to think about another.

Dolly was a replacement for a cat like Stlmpy. We used to say Cassie was so smart because his mother was owned by a science teacher. The vet suggested we get Dolly to put some life back into the tribe. It didn't work out well.

Nathan is our Stimpy. Jack came as a favor to a friend who moved to CA. No one can replace Cassie or BC, who both passed at 20, so I understand.
