Dueling Anoles
Default Dueling Anoles

These two have been going at it among the orchids for days. Note the one hiding in the Angraecum Lemford 'White Beauty' in the first pic. At one point a much smaller gold dust gecko tried to enter the fray, but they ignored him.

They really look like small dragons!

Anoles are so fun!! Either it's mating time or you have two males trying to stake claim to the orchid territory. So cute!

Anoles and tiny frogs...I would love to live in an area where they were frequent visitors in the garden/orchids.

When we lived in coastal SC, we didn't see anoles, but there were these tiny green tree frogs that seemed to thrive in pampas grass. Whenever it rained, they sounded like a pack of chihuahuas barking!

They are really cute, especially among your orchids. Anoles are nice little lizards to keep. Where I live they are not native. When my son was young he had one. At one time or another we had quite a few different lizards as pets.
